HIGH-PRECISION EMBOSSING DIES

Megaden Bulgaria manufactures precision embossing tools for a wide range of packaging applications.

The tools are engraved on high-precision CNC machines, allowing accurate reproduction of fine details, clean contours and complex geometries.

Depending on the application, embossing tools can be manufactured from wear-resistant composite materials, plastics or brass.

We produce solutions for embossing, debossing, multi-level embossing and 3D embossing according to the visual and technical requirements of each project.

For selected applications, the female and male embossing dies can be equipped with a magnetic transfer system, helping reduce setup time and simplify machine preparation.

Embossing tools can be integrated directly into the cutting die, allowing die cutting, creasing and embossing to be performed in a single operation.

When the cutting die was originally produced without embossing, when the embossing position has to be changed on an existing die, or when the design requirements do not allow direct integration, the embossing tools can be mounted on a separate board and used in an additional machine pass.
