READY AND REPEATABLE CONFIGURATION

The Lower Stripping Unit is a dedicated frame with Bottom Pins precisely positioned to correspond with the stripping elements in the upper stripping tool.

Instead of positioning individual Bottom Pins directly in the machine for every setup, the operator receives a prepared unit with all required pins already installed in their correct positions.

This provides highly reliable waste removal while significantly reducing machine preparation time.

The Lower Stripping Unit is particularly valuable for demanding applications and repeat production runs, where the complete pin configuration can be quickly returned to the machine without rebuilding the Bottom Pin layout.
