This makes it possible to prepare the tooling in the correct position before production, helping reduce setup time on the machine.

When required, the female dies can be repositioned to achieve an accurate match with the final layout.

Once the desired configuration has been established, the tooling position can be retained for future repeat runs, significantly reducing the need for additional adjustment.
